Since its foundation in 1989, Having started a venture 32 years ago, today I am privileged to be a founding member of one of the most competitive Chemicals company with emphasis on efficiency in operations, reliability for customers and trust on sustainable development.For us, sustainability means aligning economic success with environmental and social responsibility. Our approach to corporate responsibility also has a social dimension based on our belief that the long-term success depends on the existence of stable and economical viable communities. We have been continuously involved in addressing a variety of issues, ranging from Education, Health and Employment.In the last decade the Chemicals industry faced a series of prolonged crises. These crises allowed us to gain invaluable experience and guided us to newer avenues that would have remained unexplored if the conditions had been more condusive. We are now more accustomed to the importance of sustainable growth and have learned animportant lesson that an increase in production does not necessarily lead to growth.Looking forward, we have merely reached the next level that each member of our company needs to focus on.
